an eventful weekend.

On a beautiful Saturday on November 19, I checked out a marketplace with a new friend after searching for a pea coat. After, I made my way up to Seoul for some more pea coat shopping. After, I met my good friend Saemi and had an amazing dinner at my favorite Chinese restaurant, Din Tai Fung. On Sunday after church, I went up to Seoul and checked out the Lantern Festival with my friend Kyoungmi.

After some speech contests at my hagwon, me and my good friend Saemi went on a beautiful adventure of Hwaseong Fortress in Suwon, South Korea.

 
 

october update.

Just a few pictures of the wonderful people I have met and some interesting foods I have tried since being here in Korea. Note that the pictures of the food don't give justice to what I have actually tried.

On Saturday Sept. 24, 2011 me and a couple friends I had met during training went to see a FC Seoul host Daejeon Citizen for Ex-pat night. Besides making new friends, I ran into a couple of friends from another school near Seoul as well as running into a fellow Gaucho. What are the odds!?
